By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following:

* Ownership: All designs, photography, and film content are the intellectual property of The Misjudged Clan.

* Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our clothes as accurately as possible. However, due to the “gritty” nature of our photography and varying screen settings, slight variations may occur.

* Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person to prevent reselling and ensure the “Clan” gets first pick.

* Liability: TMC is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services once the package has left our hands, but we will always assist you in tracking it down.
